I'm writing this here because no searches on the internet revealed anything.
If a box pops up that refers to the "Against Cybercrime Association" and warns you that your computer is not protected - it's malware. I downloaded the free version of Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and ran it, it was able to detect and destroy it.
